Product testing

 

Product and product parts testing is carried out at the onsite testing facility equipped with a testing station. Each pump and filter is tested before delivery.

Complete compression testing of the pump and filter casings is performed according to the technological procedure. The
procedure involves testing the tightness of the parts and the state of the surfaces.

Complete functional and performance testing (pressure, capacity, electricity, engaged power) of the aggregates is performed, using calibrated containers, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges and thermostats.

The testing medium is typically the HIDRAOL RHD46 oil, with known viscosity at various operational temperatures, or water.

Noise level, heating and tightness are tested. Testing results are entered into the testing certificate (factory attest).

If the customer so requests, the testing can be carried out by representatives of globally renowned certification organizations
